Parkview Assisted Living Center began as a dream to provide a supportive and caring home for aging parents and community members, allowing them to remain close to family and friends. Community leaders joined together to create a thoughtfully designed facility that prioritizes residents' comfort and well-being, while offering scenic views of the Little Wapsie River, Island Park, and Main Street in Fairbank, all nestled within a friendly residential neighborhood. Since opening in 2004, Parkview has been guided by a board of community shareholders dedicated to delivering high-quality services in a warm, welcoming environment. Our dedicated team of caregivers provides each resident with personalized attention and support.
